Monique Riviere is the Chief Program Officer at Byte Back. Monique was formerly an IT director and technical consultant for nonprofit organizations in the DC area.
Adeleke Omitowoju is an early stage venture consultant and advisor based in D.C. and board member of BUILD DC. As founder of Paradigm, his core focus is the development of scalable models that deliver support services to idea-stage and early-stage entrepreneurs of color that de-risk the startup, increase the survival rate, and ensure capital readiness.
Richard V. Reeves, Senior Fellow in Economic Studies, The Brookings Institution, is the author of Saving Horatio Alger: Equality, Opportunity, and the American Dream (2014) and Dream Hoarders: How the American Upper Middle Class Is Leaving Everyone Else in the Dust, Why That Is a Problem, and What to Do about It (2017).
